The sales goal was great. They were supposed to get the cigarette smell out. They said they did some kind of air purifying. It didn't work. I think they should have shampooed the fabric parts of the car. They did mask the smell with something that lasted long enough for my Mom who has a breathing disorder to ride home in the car. The sales people act a little arrogant like their cars are so much better. Well, they should have enough pride in their work to properly clean the cars.
