Overall a good experience. Only real issue we had was a misunderstanding of the Subaru Military Discount program by Jose. We were told thank you for your service, but that the Only real issue we had was a misunderstanding of the Subaru Military Discount program by Jose. We were told thank you for your service, but that the discount could not be applied due to the dealership losing money if anymore was "taken off". We explained that they would not lose money because it was a manufacturer discount, but were still told no. We walked and were subsequently stopped by Yumna and told that a misunderstanding had occurred and that the discount would be honored. We went back in and had a "chat" with Jose and another manager about the importance of understanding dealer programs vs manufacturer programs and an apology was issued on behalf of the dealership. There was some swag offered as a result which I politely declined to accept and instead asked that they not do that again to an active duty person or veteran, to which they said it would not happen again. Simple misunderstanding that was quickly rectified. Besides that hiccup, there were no other substantial areas of concern. More
