It was a typical dealership experience. My husband and I visited the dealership in November 2024. We were met with a Junior Salesman that knew less about Subaru features than I do. Then My husband and I visited the dealership in November 2024. We were met with a Junior Salesman that knew less about Subaru features than I do. Then we returned this last week and were met with Jacob. He was friendly, knew much more about Subaru features but not clear in his negotiation tactics. We had to finalize our negotiations in the finance department. Trey was helpful with meeting our expectations from the negotiation and clear in his presentation of the finance paperwork. Overall, not a bad experience this time but I can't give a rating of any better treatment than I've previously experienced when buying a car. It's the reason I keep my purchased cars for at least 10 years so I don't have to relive buying a car too frequently for my liking. I was also disappointed with Subaru that I couldn't have options I wanted outside the standard trim features. I love the safety and reliability of Subaru vehicles. I've owned 4. So I purchased a car I know to be trustworthy. Subaru, give some flexibility on trim options especially when I purchased the Outback Touring XT! I wanted a more fun exterior paint color than the boring ones you offer in the Touring trim package. All said, I love my new Outback and love being back in the Subaru family! More
