Jamie was an awesome, customer service/sales. She is the ONLY reason why I purchased here. The floor/sales managers who I never spoke with lack the customer service aspect of thier jobs. The Sales "Director" left the sale hanging and even after I sent an email to the dealership management could not even take the time to make sure that thier initial dropping the ball was followed through. Then the person(s) who set up the finance end of the deal, would not take the original amount of what I planed to put down on the car because it wasn't a "good deal" for them which caused my interest rate and monthly payment to be at least double what it would have been had they taken the original amount I was planning to put down. I was also forced to set up insurance on the car BEFORE I ever even was told the figures. I was told I had to in order for them to complete the financing, before I agreed to the finance or signed. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the professionalism from the salesmen to the detail crew was absolutely top notch. They treated us like family the whole time we were there. They kept us informed of everything that was happening with our vehicle while we were waiting on it. Unfortunately the detail crew did not do the best job and the car was still dirty when we received it and the window tint that was added for us had bubbles and had to be redone. The salesman we worked with acknowledged these issues and work hard to make them right and got us taken care of. I can not say enough about the professionalism of all the crew there. More
