Byron was very busy the Sunday I stopped to look at the Hyundai Tucson, he had been very helpful to me over the phone nd I decided it was the model I wanted so another salesman stepped in to help, he was a Hyundai Tucson, he had been very helpful to me over the phone nd I decided it was the model I wanted so another salesman stepped in to help, he was a little pushy but all things aside I was happy with the deal plus John Herrick was very helpful. I did not want to finance but he told me If I did for a number of payments I would qualify for rebates so that's what I did and expect to pay the vehicle off in six months. More
On December 5th I visited Crown Hyundai of St. Pete due to an issue with my airbag light on. Mr. Jarrett Ziemac told me that they had no issues fixing my car at no cost due to that it seemed that Brandon H to an issue with my airbag light on. Mr. Jarrett Ziemac told me that they had no issues fixing my car at no cost due to that it seemed that Brandon Hyundai had supposed fixed the issue prior of me buying the vehicle 16 month ago. He said that even though was more than 12 month ago that he would call Hyundai manufacturer to see if help from them was available. He called me 2 days later and informed me that the manufacturer had no issue fixing the issue and that the original part was updated. I asked Mr. Ziemac if there would be an issue taking my car to the original place of purchase and getting it fixed at Brandon Hyundai. Not a problem!!!! Yeah right!!! So I did. On Dec 11 I took my vehicle to Brandon Hyundai and explained the situation. After 4 hours of waiting, they come back and said, "Sorry but we can not help you" "part is out of warranty" I explained what I had spoken to Mr. Ziemac at Crown Hyundai and they told me, " we do not care what other people say" "it is how it is" I expressed my thoughts about the whole situation to the service manager and he also said " I can not help you". After all, this comes from the dealer who sold me the car. On Dec 13th, I decided to take my car to Crown Hyundai again and see if the could help. What you know, they actually fixed my car and without charge to me. I thought I might have to pay for some labor or part but, no, they explained to me that manufacturer knew this problem with that specific part and that there was no charge.By the way, I do have receipts from both facilities. It is totally incredible to me that, a total stranger company would go the extra mile to help you but, the ones that you thought they would, gives you the cold shoulder and experience such a bad service, after you make a purchase. So, I would have to say to all the people in the process of purchasing a Hyundai vehicle, "Do not go to Brandon Hyundai, Bad service" and if you want to be treated like a good customer, "Go to Crown Hyundai in St. Pete". I told him what happened and he said not to worry he would be more than willing to help me with anything I needed.. Earl is amazing I told him what I needed and what I was looking for and Earl rose to the occasion. Not only did he find what was in my price range, he found the car I was totally overjoyed with.. The entire process was very quick and painless..He really listened to me and was very helpful to me. I called the dealership to speak with someone in service about my maintenance concerns as my Santa Fe neared the 100k mile mark. When Dusty in the Internet SALES department answered my call I was, to be hon about my maintenance concerns as my Santa Fe neared the 100k mile mark. When Dusty in the Internet SALES department answered my call I was, to be honest, a bit short with him since I feared he'd subject me to an unsolicited sales pitch. "I JUST WANT TO TALK TO SERVICE!". Dusty was unwavering in his friendliness and professionalism in spite of my attitude. The service team had left for the day when I called but Dusty spent a half hour answering ALL my questions even though this obviously is not his job and it would have been easier to just say "call back tomorrow". Only at the end of our conversation did he briefly mention the "exciting offers" available for loyal customers like myself and how if I was at all interested he'd gladly go over them with me. I was so impressed with Dusty by this point that I let him give me the "pitch". Turns out he was able to peak my interest and we made an appointment for me to come by to LOOK. When I arrived he had already pulled 4 vehicles of interest to me around the side of the building so that they were conveniently compared, I appreciated his sincere respect for my time. After driving several models the new Sonata hooked me even though Im an SUV guy. I let Dusty show me pricing on the car even though I was just LOOKING, one thing led to another and by the time it was all over I wasn't LOOKING, I was OWNING! I had ZERO intention of purchasing anything that day but the car, the staff, and especially the deal were all too good to pass on. I HIGHLY recommend you give these guys a call if you're thinking of getting a new Hyundai or even Mitsubishi since they sell those as well. If you do ASK FOR DUSTY IN INTERNET, you won't be sorry you did. Better still, tell him Tanner referred you since they offer their buyers cash for referrals and I wouldn't mind getting a few unexpected checks in the mail lol More
This was a HORRIBLE place to go. I wasted my time at this place. I was told we would have a deal and everything looked good. However 3days later, I heard absolutely nothing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! unless you want your credit ran for days in turn dropping your score daily so you can't go no where else. More
