James Life's forte (other than dunking a basketball two handed) is the ensure that a customer does not leave his office until they are completely happy with their purchase. A solid approach to customer satisfaction. Alexa Diaz is an extraordinary customer service representative. She is the glue that binds the sales force with the finance managers. Many dealerships do not have this type of position even though it serves a vital function. Having someone there like Alexa gives a customer someone to talk to if there is any type of problem and 100% of the time she resolves the issue. We live 60 miles away from Brando Hyundai. It is worth the trip to deal with people like Jason, Jimmy, James, and Alexa. More

Steer clear of this place! This purchase was to be the 4th we bought from them in 4 yrs. We went to buy a new SUV. Our biggest complaints are with the management & how we were t This purchase was to be the 4th we bought from them in 4 yrs. We went to buy a new SUV. Our biggest complaints are with the management & how we were treated. They told us financing was no problem. We chose our vehicle w/ a basic package. They didn't have the color we wanted, so we chose another. I wasn't happy, but knew they didn't have much I liked, so I settled. They did all the paperwork & we left with the vehicle. When we arrived home, we discovered the vehicle was infested with ants, one bit me on the ride home. I returned the vehicle the next day. They said it take a bomb to expel them, so they would keep the vehicle through the holiday weekend. Since I didn't like the color, I was given an option of test driving a different color. I left with the new color, only to get home & see this one had ants too, but not as bad. Our salesperson & I agreed I would keep this vehicle until mine was ready. On Tuesday, all seemed fixed, so I left with it. I arrived home & parked in our garage. I went out to it 2 hours later & discovered even more ants. I called them, but our salesperson was out until Thursday, so I was stuck. I opted not to drive too much for fear of being bitten again. Thursday morning, I ran an errand. After coming home, I felt a sting on my neck. I scratched & felt another one. I ran into the bathroom & found another ant had bitten me twice. I snapped a picture. I called my husband. He called them & was told that our salesperson was unavailable. They put us in contact with Mark Fisher, who had me go to the service dept & ask for him. When I arrived, they no idea who Mark was or why I was there. They sent me inside to the manager's desk, who brought me to Mark. He told me to sit & he left. He was gone for a while & returned only to hand me off to Jay, the asst mgr in the service dept. Jay told me they couldn't see any ants. I showed him the bite marks. He seemed unconvinced & showed no concern. I was moved into the waiting area & was told to wait. Before long, Jay came back & told me that I needed to provide IDs & a credit card for their file. They were giving me a loaner car. We were buying an SUV, so I assumed they would place us in an SUV. Nope! I have sciatica, so small cars are impossible to sit in or drive. This is why we were buying another SUV. They told me that they don't offer SUV loaners. I got my stuff & left. I couldn't take the stress, so I called my husband. He was put in touch with Ron Maiden. Ron's way of handling it was telling us there was nothing he could or would do, that I was stuck with the car until ours was fixed & it was scheduled to be done Saturday. I voiced how unacceptable this was, so he offered us a coupon book w/ a couple of free oil changes & some discounts on repairs. With his handling of everything, I told him I wanted to cancel the deal & get our original car back. He refused, telling us that the bank accepted the deal. We couldn't cancel now without facing legal action. I hung up on the 3-way call, telling my husband I was done. Ron claimed to him if there was anything he could do, he would. If that's true, why would you only offer a coupon book as your resolution? The next morning, Ron calls, telling us to come pick up our original vehicle. He killed the deal. How could he kill a deal if the bank accepted it & we couldn't back out yesterday? Well, he lied to us, either the day before or that morning. We can't verify which. My husband called the President, John Wendkos. He wanted an explanation. John knew about it & told us to pick up our new vehicle. The deal was complete & the ants removed. He was out of town, so call Dan Norris to handle it. We called Dan, but got no answer. He went to the dealership, but Ron knew nothing. Ron tried to bring Dan out, but Dan refused. My husband demanded our original vehicle. Ron promised it would be clean & gassed. It never happened. Our salesperson & the finance guy were the honest ones. BTW, beware of their hidden fees. They'll gouge you! More
