Purchasing car I phoned the dealership on a Saturday to get the payoff amount on my lease. I needed to terminate my lease 5 months early do to a drastic change in situation for use of vehicle. I had shopped all week long looking at a cadillac, and was gonna compare vehicles at Hyundai. I have owned four Hyundai vehicle. Upon calling the dealership I was Transfered, disconnected, called back and informed by receptionist "that dealership was so BUSY THAT THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP ME" I was so angry I asked for manager. I was Transfered and helped. About 5 minutes later Earl a salesman called me back, and due to his total professionalism turned things around, and today I am again a loyal Hyundai owner. More

We gave them a couple ti Literally the worst service experience ever! We have been to a few Mitsubishi service centers and have had great experiences. We gave them a couple times hoping it was just a bad day but each time is worse. This one is HORRIBLE! They wouldn't fill our fluids when asked, they put our windshield wipers on wrong and this past time, our car came back running so rough! We have a brand new car, it should not be running as rough as it is. They just chalked it up to wear and tear. It was NOT that rough when we took it in the shop and it came out sounding horrible. I would NOT recommend their service department at all! More
