Purchasing car I phoned the dealership on a Saturday to get the payoff amount on my lease. I needed to terminate my lease 5 months early do to a drastic change in situation for use of vehicle. I had shopped all week long looking at a cadillac, and was gonna compare vehicles at Hyundai. I have owned four Hyundai vehicle. Upon calling the dealership I was Transfered, disconnected, called back and informed by receptionist "that dealership was so BUSY THAT THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP ME" I was so angry I asked for manager. I was Transfered and helped. About 5 minutes later Earl a salesman called me back, and due to his total professionalism turned things around, and today I am again a loyal Hyundai owner. More
