Customer Satisfaction I was pleased with Employee and manager Alex. They went out of their way to assist in leasing a new Santa Fe. I am paying more money for this updated Santa Fe so I feel I should get 12,000 miles a year This issue Im not happy about. I hope it could be changed. More

Worst experience My father has been in the car business my whole life, he's been a finance manager and now a store manager of a mitsubishi dealership in Massachusetts. I have never been around such one word answer people in my life until I came here to get my car serviced. The sales person I talked to didn't want to listen to me. Its like I was interrupting it 8:00 AM coffee break. The man back in parts didn't want to listen to me and kept giving me answers to my questions that I already knew.
