Disappointed I traded a 2011 sonata hybrid in on a 2017 sonata I decided to try my luck on a lease, the only catch was that I just put new tires on my 2011 so I as I traded a 2011 sonata hybrid in on a 2017 sonata I decided to try my luck on a lease, the only catch was that I just put new tires on my 2011 so I ask if they could put my new tires on the new car because if I had a flat I could drive 50 miles on them and I wouldn't have ti call a tow truck so they agreed instead of switching the tires they switch the rims they asked me if it was ok and I told them ( ed Seymour) that I didn't care because it was a lease.........well the tire sensors were different so I returned to the dealership a couple of days later to get the problem corrected and they ordered new sensors and they were going to install them in the old rims this was totally ridiculous I told them to just put my tires on the new rime that came on the car, they finally figured it out but the real problem was I was at the dealership for almost 9 hours and when I first arrived at the dealership I ask if I could just get a loaner car so I could run some errands and they refused...I'm so disappointed in the way they just left me there for hours a job that should have taken maybe one hour took several hours was extremely tired I didn't have my medication nothing and ed Seymour made I contact with me and he continued to talk to customers and didn't offer to help me.....I wrote a review on there site and they took it off....so I'm writing this review trying to warn people not to drop there guard because there really don't care its all about the sales....I'll probably file a complaint with Hyundai motor company..very disappointed. this dealership is 9915 Adamo drive in Tampa not on Hillsboro ave.
