I had an appointment at 12 and I was early and dropped off at 11:20 for an oil chang only. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes and finally asked how much longer. The advisor went back and said “they are putting the oil in now. 10 more minutes.” Everything at their service center has always taken forever but they do a good job at least. More

Queen for a day! Brandon Hyundai Mitsubishi and John Valdez were recommended to me by a friend. So after making an appointment for the next day, I was greeted at the d Brandon Hyundai Mitsubishi and John Valdez were recommended to me by a friend. So after making an appointment for the next day, I was greeted at the door and escorted to a table and offered a drink until we were ready for the test drive. Long story short, i decided not to get the car I originally came in to see, so John asked if i would be interested in a Mitsubishi Outlander. Well, I fell in love! After deciding this was going to be THE car, John and the finance team worked through some tricky spots for me (I was underwater in my trade in) and got me a great deal. While I was signing the paperwork, John had my car detailed and waiting for me when I was done. He went over all the details of the car until I was comfortable. So, not only would I recommend Brandon Hyundai Mitsubishi and John Valdez in particular , but I already have sent someone over to see them! John Valdez took really good care of me while I was there and I never once felt pressured or like I was taking too much of his time with all my questions. More

I was turned down by a sister dealership who then suggested I go to Toyota but I was still set on the SUV I've wanted. I walked in and Heather and Ed both assisted me in a way the last dealer failed to do. I told Heather my problem and gave me several solutions that i never thought of, sticking by me every step of the way I finally walked out with a vehicle comparable to the one I wanted but better and I couldn't have done it without their hard work and determination! If you ignore this dealership your crazy! More

Worst service ever! I went bg in telling them my service light was on and if I turn on my heated seat it smells like my car is going to catch on fire...they snickered at I went bg in telling them my service light was on and if I turn on my heated seat it smells like my car is going to catch on fire...they snickered at me and informed me the light probably meant I needed the oil changed...wrong...just had the jen oil changed...then nnbbb informed me the car wouldn't catch on fire it would just stop working...I bought the car with heated seats so they would work....so..they reset the service button without even plugging it in to see what was wrong and then told me the car was fine and it went catch on fire...so upset I traded it in on another auto that very same day... More

Purchase of used car I had my previous car in for planned maintenance when I spoke with a salesman (Omar Rodriguez) and we looked at used cars — I ended up purchasing one. I had my previous car in for planned maintenance when I spoke with a salesman (Omar Rodriguez) and we looked at used cars — I ended up purchasing one. Omar was very helpful during the sales process (as were all dealership employees that I dealt with). After the paperwork was complete, Omar sat with me in the car and patiently explained to me all of the electronic controls. The only problem with the purchase (no one at fault) was that after driving the car 15 miles the Check Engine light came on. More
