Have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed I had an appointment for an oil change and was running a little late (literally 7 mins late) but they were still able to take me, but advised me that I had an appointment for an oil change and was running a little late (literally 7 mins late) but they were still able to take me, but advised me that it would be a two hour wait. 🙄 Once there, I notified them of an issue I was having with my car. The gentleman that took my car told me,”he’ll see what he can do.” Once I got my car back, I asked were they able to find out what the issue was. The gentleman told me, there was no one available to check it and all they did was the oil change, but he thinks my problem is the tires. I just had my tires rotated and balanced last month. 😒 Wasn’t even offered a time to come back when someone was available to fully figure out what the issue is. More
