I just felt that not much effort was put into trying to assist me with this matter. The service department is great and so is the service they provide. Management should reconsider some of their policies in my opinion. More

When I was entering the service lot, I was blocked in traffic, The person in the car behind me kept blowing his horn. I couldn’t move anywhere. The driver got out of his car and came to my window yelling at me and telling me to move. He had a Brandon Hyundai t-shirt on, and I asked the service intake person who he was. I found out that he worked in the sales department. If it weren’t for the excellent treatment I receive from my service adviser Mario Otero, I would cut ties with this location. More

However, the roads within the dealer facility are choked with cars s The service team was great. My minor repair was handled quickly and completely. However, the roads within the dealer facility are choked with cars so there is only room for traffic in one direction. In addition, the service entrance is 75 yards down a narrow dead end so that you need to back out when you leave. I actually had to back my car out of there twice in one visit, in the rain (so limited visibility). I will be looking for another dealership for my future service needs. More
