3 trips to seal the deal It took us 3 trips to get this done. I understand that situations happen but I specifically asked the salesman on day 2 "if we should even go up there It took us 3 trips to get this done. I felt the sale was more important than considering my time. The first day we were there 4 1/2 hours to finally be told we couldnt do the deal. So you figure day 2 would have kept that in mind. Disappointed. I went to Brandon Hyundai on Saturday 12/22/18 with 2 issues with my 2015 $55000 genesis. Shop Forman Without taking it in a bay and examining it, Told me the clicking noise coming from my genesis is common nothing to worry about. Has something to do with overdrive he said. How can a clicking noise coming from a $55000 luxury car be common? He also told me nothing is wrong with the parking assist that’s definitely not working properly, service manager there witnessed my demonstration showing it is not working...again without taking it in a bay to examine it Shop Forman said I should read my owners manual. Eventually after a second trip back that same day after I gave it some thought and wasn’t satisfied with what I was told, they took my car to hook up to a diagnostic computer. I was told I would have to bring it back again after I replace the spare tire I had to use due to a blow out the day before. the diagnostic result was scewed due to the spare tire. More

Very surprised that my car was taken care off, been a saturday. I was treated like family and kept comfortable and informed during my visit. This is what makes me want to buy another Mitsubishi.
