My car salesman my my entire process comfortable easy to understand and most importantly I absolutely love my vehicle it’s absolutely beautiful and I love all the amazing features on the vehicle from the touch screen to my apple car play as well as the ice cold air conditioning and my car had tinted windows already which was very convenient over all I give my entire car buying experience a perfect 10 . Disappointed, My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. Th My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. The woman in service department said no problem they would put 3 new ones on, and there would be no charge. When they said the car was done my son noticed that it had not been done. Also when my son went to just and make sure there was windshield wiper fluid in my car, he was very surprised how much he had to put into it, to fill it up. It is small things, but I thought these were all part of the service taking it to the dealership. I could easily take my car on my lunch hour in my area, but thinking using you I would have had better maintenance. What I could have done in about 1-2 hour. Takes up about 3 hours turn around. Plus driving 25 minutes both ways. This is why I feel they just don't care. Disappointed. More
