Salesman Don was great, everything else was not Took my car to have my wheels powder coated took day off for appointment. I had no special key to get tires off mechanic's searched entire car for it Took my car to have my wheels powder coated took day off for appointment. I had no special key to get tires off mechanic's searched entire car for it and nothing. Called service 4 times was put on hold for about 3 minutes each time then disconnected, 4th time got through and was told to stop by sometime and they would give me one, then suggested I find a dealership near me and purchase one, they told me the service shop should have a key to take it off. This conversation took place at the place where I was to get my work done. I missed a day of work and I now have to pay them $150 for the time that was blocked for me, needless to say I am disappointed and very unhappy with the service now that you have my money More

The worst service ever!!!! Dealership in chaos This dealership seems to be experiencing what could only be called organized chaos. The lot is crammed to overflowing with cars. I was sent home in a used car that had no tail or brake lights (blown fuse and burned out tail/brake lights), no dash instrument lights (missing fuse) and a weak battery. When I tried to contact a sales manager, no one would return my call. I believe the sales rep did his best to give us a good buying experience but the problem lay with whoever was supposed to inspect the car before it was placed for sale on the lot. More
