Too cluttered This facility is far to cluttered to provide a good experience. There are cars EVERYWHERE which makes it hard to get in, park, and get out. As a resul This facility is far to cluttered to provide a good experience. There are cars EVERYWHERE which makes it hard to get in, park, and get out. As a result of the clutter, the place appears disorganized. Also, the number of people working to take in Saturday morning traffic was laughable. Since cars were parked everywhere, there was a single file line feeding in to service. Those cars had to be moved forward one car at a time by a porter, but could only move forward one or two car lengths. In other words, the minimal staff were wasting time rearranging the clutter. Ownership or management need to look at this place from a customer perspective and make some serious changes. I would never go here if it weren’t closest to my home, and when I have time, I do travel elsewhere. More

Crappy I went in for a complete detail meaning wash wax and everything else on the exterior, an alignment, Tire pressure monitor reset, and fix the molding a I went in for a complete detail meaning wash wax and everything else on the exterior, an alignment, Tire pressure monitor reset, and fix the molding around my Panoramic sunroof that keeps coming off when I open it. The results when I picked up my car is they washed my car no wax and it still had spots that I could rub off with my hand, my car still pulls to the right just like before, they claimed not to find the molding issue which was clearly there because when I got home I had to pry it back out so hopefully it wont leak in my car when it rains and after an entire day of driving the car my TPMS display still reads drive to display. The Service manager did promise me a full interior & exterior detail st their expense upon my next return and they ordered the molding for my sunroof. To me it seems I dropped my car off for hours just for a car wash. To Michael's defense the service rep who took my car in, he went home sick early but still I feel my car was neglected in what it actually needed. More

The shop foreman took the time twice to explain about the repair. My car was fixed in a reasonable time. They have washed it all three times which is great. Leaving this time was easy. Never once did he force me to come in to speak with him regarding availability and pricing. He was there for me from the beginning and the ultimate reason i purchased my car from Brandon’s hyundai. He went back and forth with finance to make sure i was getting the best deal possible within my budget and with my specific requirements for a car. I feel bad as i can honestly say i ran him around with all different kinds of vehicles before picking one. He made me aware of a doctors appointment that he couldn’t miss and never forced me to sign paperwork or to purchase the car before he left. He gently passed me over to Stefano who took over the sale process with no hesitation. Stefano was patient and understanding of my time restraints and did everything he could to make sure i left in a new vehicle by the time i needed to be leaving. Stefano was there for me till the purchase of my vehicle and went out of his way (as well as jason) to give me a phone call asking me how my new vehicle is. I was worried once Jason had left that Stefano would find a new customer more important than me but he never once left my side. Both Jason and Stefano really care for the customers and neither hassled me to purchase something i didn’t want. I work in the hospitality industry and i see first hand the importance of customer service and i can easily say Jason and Stefano have been the best pair in customer service i have ever came across. Long wait but nice waiting area I was able to get in for an appointment within two days to find out why my 2-year-old Tucson had the check engine light on. However, it took a rather long time to be given an answer for why the light was on, given I did have an appointment. After an hour and a half wait, I was told to bring the car back when I have less gas in the tank so a pressure test could be performed to find a fumes leak. No problem, but will I be spending even longer next time to have it fixed? More

Zack made the process so easy, especially for a new mom with an infant, whom can’t spend hours at the dealership. I was able to send them documents beforehand so everything was ready when i arrived. They even stayed after hours to make sure all the technology and safety features were properly set up before driving home. I was very impressed from start to finish. More
