Very difficult to deal with or contact I brought my car in for a recall repair and have my steering looked at because it was making a clicking sound. The recall was done almost immediately. But the steering took a couple of days, in which I was calling and leaving messages to find out the price and what needed to be done. Nobody would call me back, and I was without a car for 3 days! The WORST part was getting pulled over on the way home because my brake lights had suddenly gone out! They were working when I brought the car in, because I followed my husband down to the dealership and was behind him all the way, and they were working then. More

Terrible customer service I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership and the customer service is worse than ever. As well they used to wash your car after service and not any more I am sorry I actually purchased with my vehicle the service plan as I now have no choice but to continue to come to this location. They need processes installed in their business to keep customers happy with some communication techniques that any good business coach (me) can offer. They are nice people just not professionals.
