They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and Ryan even called the company I have an extended warranty with to see if they cover the blind spot detection system repairs. Not happy with sales representative at all. I understand salemen are out to make money, however, I do not enjoy games. For example, I purchased the warranty and asked that the asking price be dr I understand salemen are out to make money, however, I do not enjoy games. For example, I purchased the warranty and asked that the asking price be dropped to a little over 500.00 to be were where I wanted in monthly payments. In addition, I was concerned about all four tires and requested they be replaced. I did not have a trade in and was putting 5,000.00 down so I feel I was a pretty easy customer to work with. Caleb came back from speaking with his manager and stated that for 199.00 they would put two new tires on. I was concerned about all four so why would I only want two, that's ridiculous? After asking Caleb the tread depth of the tire, he stated he does not know as he does not deal with that stuff. In my line of work, if I do not have the answers then I go find someone who does. I feel some of his responses were very unprofessional. After going back and forth, the manger came over to speak and he went to look at the tires and had one of his guys go measure the depth. The results were better than I had anticipated so I chose to purchase the vehicle. Prior to doing, so I confirmed that the vehicle had two sets of keys as the one set said, "1 of 2." Caleb said he would check as that does not always mean there are two sets. After waiting he informed me that the area was locked so he would have to let me know the following Monday as he was off Sunday. I stated I would come back Sunday morning as it was late and past business hours to make the purchase. Caleb insisted I could do the paperwork and he would make sure the vehicle was detailed and cleaned as a manager earlier that day told us that if we decide to purchase it this would all be done as he just received the vehicle and it was not even listed yet. Keeping this in mind, I did not do much inspection late Saturday night after I completed my paperwork as it was dark. The next morning I noticed that the touch up paint that was done on the passenger door handle was done poorly. Caleb left me a voicemail on Monday informing me that he had the second set of keys and that I can stop by to pick them up. I stopped by and showed him the paint job. I asked if he could either provide me with touch up paint or have someone touch it up which would take maybe 2-3 minutes. He informed me that he would have to charge me. I guarantee if I had waited to purchase the vehicle he would have made sure such a minor detail would have been fixed because I do not know of any car saleman who would loose a sale over something so minute. I can not speak about the other salemen at your dealership but as far as Caleb, I would never recommend him and I wish I would have done business with someone else. More

Above and beyond The service director Jim is just great! He is a man of his word and his staff is also great.
