Poor service I had made an appointment for my routine oil change and car wash. i mentioned I had a warranty and was advised I would get a call back from my advisor I had made an appointment for my routine oil change and car wash. i mentioned I had a warranty and was advised I would get a call back from my advisor josh fuller regarding my plan because they were unable to see if I had a warranty or not. I also mentioned if I can leave my car over night and pick it up the following day and I was advised I could. I waited a week no call from my advisor. The following week I called trying to leave a message for josh fuller for a call back. The day before my appointment no call back so I called again and the receptionist Ivanna must have been bored and had nothing better to do so she kept transferring me to random people’s voicemails within the company. I called back again and the receptionist and another employee I believe her name is Tanya kept transferring me back and forth between each other. At this point I asked to speak to a manager I tried calling other department to speak to a manager and for some reason I kept getting transferred back to the receptionist ivanna at that point I did not want to speak to her any more and was unable to get a hold of any one else. Ivanna also told me her manager was Josh calwick and he was unavailable to speak to me. The following day when I showed up for my appointment I spoke with josh fuller and mentioned everything that happens and had to go over my plan and make sure my warranty was included which should have been discussed and resolved prior to my appointment. I also spoke with josh calwick the spelling of the last name is probably not right and filed a complaint regarding the receptionist Ivanna and Tanya he did not seem interested at all in what I had to say and stated he was not her manager .My appointment was at 10:30 am on a Saturday I was told the oil change would take about an hour and than they would clean my car. I received a call at 4pm on Saturday stating my car is ready and to pick it up I stated I was going to leave it over night and pick it up on Sunday because I had plans. I was advised the service department is closed on Sundays and I can not leave my car overnight I was also advised I had to pick my car up by 5 pm that day. Not only was I lied to about leaving my car over night but I was also inconvenienced I had to cancel my plans and rush to get my car within that hour before they closed. More
