Horrible experience with employees who don’t care This service center is a joke. Nobody takes their job seriously here. Do not go here. My experience started when I took my car in for an oil change an This service center is a joke. Nobody takes their job seriously here. Do not go here. My experience started when I took my car in for an oil change and a software recall. I decided to wait with the car because my advisor Mike said it would only be an hour. An hour and a half passed and I went to go check on things. Mike was nowhere to be found. Someone tracked him down and he let me know they would need to keep my car to replace the engine. He said that someone from Hertz was on the way to get me for a rental and I would be able to empty my car of what I needed. WRONG. Mike left and I sat there waiting for my car and Hertz. Both never showed up. After 30 more minutes I tracked down the manager because again, Mike was MIA. The manager was full of excuses and went to go see what was going on. Turns out my car had been taken to an offsite lot and nobody called Hertz. Therefore I had to have a random guy from the dealership drive me to this lot my car was in so I could get my house key and car seat. Then he took me to Hertz. Originally Mike said the car would take 2 weeks to fix. 2 weeks came and went and I called to get an update. After leaving SEVERAL messages I never heard back. Finally I got in contact with another advisor who got me to Mike. He said that they needed another week and my car would be ready May 1. That day came and went and again I NEVER heard from him. While all this was going on I had to keep calling Hertz to extend my rental because he never took the initiative to do so. Finally after calling multiple times, emailing and leaving messages, I got ahold of Mike. They needed MORE time on my car. I lost it and demanded the car be ready the next day. When I went to go pick up my car there were three other groups of people in the waiting room with all of the same complaints I had. Instead of calling their customers all the advisors were in the managers office eating McDonalds. These people do not care about you or your car. Seriously stay away unless you want a huge headache. More

What a surprise! I had a service appointment with Hyundai on 4/1/19. I found it within an hour that my car needed a new engine due to a recall. Hyundai supplied me with a rental for two months. I recieved my car and I was surprised to see not only was the engine new but the computer, battery and lot of other stuff was new as well. They also clean my car really good. I was skeptical but I am very pleased with these results. Thank you Hyundai! More
