Needs much improvement I understand that you are going through New Management, but still not acceptable on the service that you cannot make an appointment till August. Then I understand that you are going through New Management, but still not acceptable on the service that you cannot make an appointment till August. Then when asking okay when in August and told sorry we can't make appointment at all in August as well.I waited way too long in my car when pulling into service waiting on someone to come out a representative to sign paperwork to leave. Estimating I would say it had to be at least 30 minutes. I asked for little things to be done like resetting my service in my car for next time it was not done. It just seems like every time I come through the service department it is hectic and unorganized. I am sure hoping that service gets better. I am leasing a car I like the car but due to having to deal with Hyundai service department I'm rethinking of leasing through them again. More
Service Engine Soon Light and Oil Change I was pleasantly surprised that my Check engine light was nothing major and just the gas cap. My oil change was cheaper then the coupon I was going to I was pleasantly surprised that my Check engine light was nothing major and just the gas cap. My oil change was cheaper then the coupon I was going to show them and they even washed my car as it really needed it! Finally everything was done in a reasonable period of time since I waited for the car. I was upset that the Tampa location closed its doors since it was a lot closer to where I live . This pleasant experience made me feel better having to make the drive to Brandon. Thank you so much and see you next time. More
My experience with Brandon Hyundai dealership I have been a customer at this dealership for more than 5 years, purchasing my cars there. This past few months, when my 2018 Sonata had the engine pr I have been a customer at this dealership for more than 5 years, purchasing my cars there. This past few months, when my 2018 Sonata had the engine problem as many others, National Hyundai agreed to repurchase the car so that I can get a new car. During this time (2.5 months) Brandon Hyundai lent me a loaner and I could keep the 2018 Sonata at their lot until the issue was resolved. I got a new car last week thanks to John Valdez in his one-on-one efforts, reassuring me and helping me get into the car I wanted, a 2019 Sonata SEL. Ed Ott at the dealership also helped me a lot. The GM Luis gave me a good deal. Overall, even though a few glitches happened here and there, I was happy with my experience especially the professionalism, personal attention and help I received from John and Ed. More
Pretty good Caleb was helpful and willing to make a deal. He got us the payment we were looking for. My inly complaint is that this was a used vehicle and several things were wrong with it. They repaired the first problem with no issues. But when I brought up the other problems I was told there is nothing they can do about it. It's not right to deliver a car to someone if it is not in complete working order. I am currently working with the Service Department to try to resolve the issue. More

This dealership is no better under the new management The service writer (Tori) knows nothing about cars. She did not know the minimum information I expect a service writer to know. When she asked what service I had brought my vehicle in for, I told her "the 30K mile service". Her response to that was "what was included in it"? Really? I am supposed to know that instead of the person getting paid to take care of it! Also, none of the service writers knew what type of oil was used in the oil change and one did not even know what type of warranty a new battery was covered by. To make matters worse, I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes without any update on my vehicle. While there, I went to the restroom. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. There was dirt and trash on the floors, crud in the corners and a thick layer of dust and dirt on every flat surface. There were no seat protectors in either stall. I had to use paper towels and hand sanitizer on the commode seat. I would expect more from a dealership that charges so much money for their services. More

Great customer service After calling the service department my call was forwarded to a call center, the lady that answered the phone told me the dealer was full to capacity, After calling the service department my call was forwarded to a call center, the lady that answered the phone told me the dealer was full to capacity, in other words she was telling me to take it somewhere else! I couldn’t believe it, so I drove to the dealership where I bought the car and told them this, they apologized and changed my oil and filter in 30 minutes, what great customer service at Brandon Mitsubishi!
