Awesome experience I was considering trading in my car for a newer SUV and decided to review the Hyundai Tuscan. I checked Brandon Hyundai website and found a 2018 mode I was considering trading in my car for a newer SUV and decided to review the Hyundai Tuscan. I checked Brandon Hyundai website and found a 2018 model. I very shortly received a text and voice message from Nick Ritchie. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a nice gentleman (sorry, I didn't get his name). He located Nick and we discussed options. Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable with the payment amount of the 2018 Tuscan. I was advised that they had a lower priced Nissan Rogue. I test drove it and was comfortable with it. After the paperwork was submitted I was happily suprised when I was told my payment was going to be substantially lower than my current loan. Nick took the time to work with me and I am very pleased with the experience. Tom in finance was equally helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Brandon Hyundai for an awesome car shopping experience whether you are considering buying new or used. More

Room for improvement Poor communication on repair estimate and had to chase down service representative to get answers. Apparently no one can give an update but them and was finally given the sales rep direct number after several attempts at calling and being placed on hold. Car was dirty on pickup, given voucher for full detail but have bring car back and leave it again. Incorrect pricing given, ended up being less due to an error but made me question the accuracy of the rest of the estimate. It was a big repair and I spent a lot of money and expected better service than what I received. The actual repairs seem to be working just fine. More
