7/29/19 the service department called to say my part was in and wanted to schedule an appointment. When I asked what it would cost to install it, I was put o the service department called to say my part was in and wanted to schedule an appointment. When I asked what it would cost to install it, I was put on hold for 25 minutes when I finally hung up and no one called me back. If I had not paid for the part previously, I would not have come in. We bought our 2 Genesis' from the Brandon store because of convenience of location for service, etc.. We recently called for service on the other Genesis we own and was told to call Courtesy as there was nothing available until late September. That's really awful and unacceptable. More

Unprofessional I was stamped as a "waiter". Two hours later my car was still sitting out front. The service writer was extremely inattentive and only had my car take I was stamped as a "waiter". Two hours later my car was still sitting out front. The service writer was extremely inattentive and only had my car taken back after I pointed it out to her. No surprise, apology, or excuse offered on her part. This was a revisit because I had recently had work done that apparently did not fix the problem. The same code had come up again. I was put on the back burner for being a revisit. At least that is how I feel. Service used to be quality. But I am not feeling that anymore. More
