Customer Focused and Caring I was traveling through when a major hybrid warning came on. I was pretty desperate and knew I had no appointment, no relationship , and it was a Satu I was traveling through when a major hybrid warning came on. I was pretty desperate and knew I had no appointment, no relationship , and it was a Saturday! John was totally amazing! He really listened to me and went to bat to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. The dealership fixed my problem while I waited comfortably in their lounge. John came back several times to give me updates. It was a 2 hour major repair. What he did and the way he treated me gave me confidence that the problem was being properly and efficiently handled. I never had any concern that I would break down after I left for the 10 hour trip home. I learned John had only only worked there 2 weeks. Never change your attitude! It was so refreshing to find that level of care and professionalism. You are lucky to have him. More

First time at this location Jonathan was really healpful. As well as the gentleman in charge of the shuttle, Im sorry to have forgotten his name. But they both made my experience extremely enjoyable. This was my first time at this location and I cant wait till my next service. I had an oil change and tire rotation done in a little over an hour without a scheduled appointment. They were fast efficient and affordable. Luckily I lived close enough to be shuttled to and from my house while I waited. Thank you so much! More

The 2.4 theta is known for problems and Hyundai doesn't want to commit to doing anything but an oil consumption.test. I am 70 years old and not a happy owner. More
