Not happy in the end Purchased a used vehicle which quickly broke down. Hyundia was great by replacing the engine for free and giving me a loaner. My issue was the lack of communication from the service staff. My phone calls were not returned. Over 4 months later the car is finally done. The only issue is that the car is not returned how I left it. Front bumper is broke, AC isn’t working properly, engine skid plate missing (this has been fixed now) and again, no return phone call. After our test drive it was not a hard sell price negotiation but a fair dialogue. After a little back and forth with with his boss, Josh Kawcak, sales GM and a pleasant and fair gentleman, we came to a great price for the car we wanted and purchased.Finally we meet a very patient finance man named Michael Lin, he answered all questions and there were quite a few and was very informative and polite. This team is a credit to the Morgan Auto Group We would recommend Josh and his team to our family and friends in a heartbeat!! More

I was early for my appointment and the manager was helping in the shop with a situation, but when he got there, still earlier than my appointment, he was extra nice. They got everything done really quickly. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service. And they even washed my car for me. More

Poor costumer service and lack of communication between staff ! Came in for an oil change no one was there to greet/ take down my information when I pulled my vehicle in we and lack of communication between staff ! Came in for an oil change no one was there to greet/ take down my information when I pulled my vehicle in went inside stood for 5mins still no help ended up seeing the person walk up who checks your vehicle in helping a costumer who pulled in behind my vehicle then walk back off I had to call him to tell him I was in for an oil change. After went to the waiting area inside where it was two other people waiting five people came in after me and all of their cars was ready before mine. After about two hours a guy came in asking who had a white Hyundai and what it was being brought in for. Come to find out I had went outside and my car had just been sitting since it wasn’t communicated from the person who greets you since they wasn’t there to begin with with the people inside or paperwork passed on. It was a horrible experience to where people should have been in place to do their job !! More

Long Wait/Rude Service I brought my car in for maintenance at 8:30am on a weekday hoping the wait wouldn’t be so long, but it was 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation I brought my car in for maintenance at 8:30am on a weekday hoping the wait wouldn’t be so long, but it was 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They asked if I wanted the full service needed at 22.5K miles and quoted $250. I just asked for the oil change and tire rotation and said I’d come back for the rest as I was at 21K miles. He told me at that point it would be too late for the service required and was pretty rude about it. I didn’t see the need to get the additional service done 1.5K miles early. The only added service was an air filter change, so I’m not sure how that is $200 more. I’ve gotten every service done here but I won’t anymore. It takes way too long, which was fine before because I got great service. But they’ve raised the prices and were just rude because I didn’t want to pay for a service that wasn’t needed yet. They also did an inspection and the air filters were still in perfect condition, so I’m glad I didn’t waste my money even though I felt I was being pushed too. More

One young man kept complaining that he hadn’t had lunch yet, another was complaining about the attitude of his boss. This type of loud and repeated conversation was going on while I and a few other customers were waiting for service right there. I was pretty shocked and disgusted with the entire thing and it made me sorry that we brought our car there. More
