Harold De La Cruz went above and beyond what was expected I brought my car in 11/19/19 to replace a part that was special ordered. Harold was the service advisor who worked with me today. Unfortunately, the w I brought my car in 11/19/19 to replace a part that was special ordered. Harold was the service advisor who worked with me today. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered by the previous service advisor I dealt with. I explained that the noises I heard previous from my dashboard area was moving. He had several people doing diagnostic work on my car to discover the source of the noises and they discovered it wasn't related to the a/c vent. They said that three of my motor mounts had to be replaced. I told him that two had already been placed, but unfortunately, they could not pull up all the detailed records from 2016 online. When I finally showed him the detailed invoice from 2016 he believed me. He worked with me to verify this information and made sure that I received a credit for the a/c vent I was charged for and did not need. He was patient, polite and treated me with respect. The shuttle driver was very nice and called me to see if I needed a ride back to the dealership. Unfortunately, due to my leg issues, I had problems climbing into the van for the ride home and had someone drive me in their car back to the dealership. . More

After dealing with this dealership since 2004 and four Sonatas I felt the price was way out of line and was told I could probably expect it to happen again. I then worked with Jason Almeida who was super but was unable to come up with another vehicle, He was great and I would like to commend him for all his efforts. I was so disturbed by the four recalls I had with my vehicle and could only see future problems by keeping that car. I ended trading the Sonata for a Toyota Camry with all of the options I wanted and will now have to decide the future of my other Sonata. More
