Not pleased with the quality of service The quality of service I used to receive has gone down within the last 8-9 months or so. Last week my car was towed to this dealership because it coul The quality of service I used to receive has gone down within the last 8-9 months or so. Last week my car was towed to this dealership because it couldn't start. Initially, my presence wasn't acknowledged (seems to be the norm) but eventually someone did ask if I had been helped. Seth became my service agent. He was helpful and pleasant. A diagnostic was done and it was determined that my battery was the issue. I was reluctant because my battery had been about a year and half, maybe 2 years old, my alternator had already been changed and believed the issue was my starter and not the battery but Seth reassured me it was the battery and nothing else. I specifically asked if he was sure because I've had a previous experience where I was told my battery needed to be replaced and two days later, my car didn't start and it turned out to be my alternator. He guaranteed me that I wouldn't have issues because the report came straight from Hyundai and one of their top 3 techs worked on my car. Against my better judgement, I went ahead and purchased the battery and received an oil change as well. Fast forward...a day or two later, my car was giving the same issues as before. My car became very slow to start. When I turn the key, it dragged and wouldn't completely crank. I would have to turn it off then start again and it would crank. I called Seth to let him know about the issue and he told me to bring it in. When i brought it in, i was told i had to pay another diagnostic fee. I refused. I literally JUST paid for a diagnostic less than a week before not even a full 48 hours passed after my visit before i started having the same issue. Seth claimed the issues were unrelated which is why I had to had to pay the exact same diagnostic fee i paid last week. That's ridiculous. If the report was so accurate, I would not be having the same issues I had when I brought it in the first time around before it died. Seth denied guaranteeing me the battery was the issue and I was not presented with any options to resolve my problem. If i didn't sign the waiver, nothing was being done. He asked me what i would like to do and I told him i'll just wait until the car dies on me again then i guess i'll be back (which I won't). This is the only dealership I've had service my car since I purchased it from here January 2016. I always prefer to keep consistency when it comes to the maintenance of my car but sadly, as of today, I will no longer return. I've never had an issue with this dealership until now. More

Door handle replaced on Santa Fe 2019 Heather is wonderful and made everything right ! I dealt with Keegan originally, apparently he ordered the wrong part and I had to leave my car and Heather is wonderful and made everything right ! I dealt with Keegan originally, apparently he ordered the wrong part and I had to leave my car and come back another day. After 4 trips to the dealership, it’s finally fixed, thank god! My car is only 1 month old to me, it’s a 2019 I bought brand new from Brandon Hyundai, and the drivers side rear door handle popped out within a few weeks of owning it. The first few trips to the dealership were frustrating, but thanks to heather everything got fixed! More
