Of 2 years, my complaint was for hybrid car the mileage was terrible. I have brought it in several times and nobody has really looked at it and figured out what the problem was. Finally Josh gave it to David I believe his name is and he figured out that there was a software update that nobody bothered to check. They tried to do the software upgrade but couldn't do it because my battery was not strong enough and they said I needed a new battery for $400. I had to battery done by myself and brought it back and had the update done thanks to Josh who saw to it that it was done in a timely manner. I had three appointments in the past month for this problem and each one I had to wait a long time. The first appointment I had they couldn't do my car that day because they said I'd have to wait or leave the car. Second appointment is when they figured out about the battery and the software upgrade after two and a half hours of waiting. But all is good now. Josh tries very hard as the service manager to help everybody More

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Did not honor my oil change coupon but tried to charge me more than the face value of the coupon. Also said I would have to wait one hour and a half just for an oil change. The rude comment that was made to me was "this is not Jiffy Lube" I would not recommend this place to anyone. The facilities are not large enough to handle multiple customers, the wait times are ridiculous and the all-around customer service is absolutely terrible!!! I was so fed up that I took my car and left never to return again unless they're giving me a free car to make up for my inconvenience. In addition this has tainted my view of Hyundai and I will never buy one of their vehicles because of this experience. It's a shame too as my next vehicle purchase is coming up and I was considering Hyundai. More
