Great service department! Shout out to John Oliver in the service department...great guy, so kind and friendly! Patrick Lynch, another nice guy! Both of these guys were so nice and pleasant as I waited for my car to get checked over. Stefano Santini, for helping out and running around trying to gather the things I had left in my old car after I turned it in! I so appreciate your help and determination to find my things!! You went out of your way! Kaylin Stapchuk, super friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciate her patience! And the nice guy who checked in my car to the service department...super friendly..I forget his name...maybe John Oliver would know. Luis Tejeda, again a really nice guy, very friendly. Chris Foster the finance guy...very nice! Heather Willis...for finding the old Josh who is now at another Hyundai dealership. The new Josh was great too! Of course, my salesman, Adrian Cintron...another shout out to him. And Josh Kawcak...you are running a great ship at Brandon Hyundai. There wasn't one person I met who wasn't friendly and helpful! Oil change I had scheduled an oil change and when I noticed the sticker the sticker said a completely different mileage number than what it was supposed to say. I had scheduled an oil change and when I noticed the sticker the sticker said a completely different mileage number than what it was supposed to say. I paid for the 6000 mile service however my sticker reflected I needed to come back in 2500. The oil light wasn’t reset so I had to get another company to reset my oil. I just pray my oil change was done because if not I paid $70 for nothing. Will not to back. I wasn’t expecting this from a dealership at all. Until problem is fixed cannot recommend. It looked fix when I picked it up yesterday but is broken again today . Need to bring it back after the holiday.
