I do wish they would advertise the $3k in services that are irrevocably addeted to the price of the car that you don't find out about until AFTER you start dealing on the vehicle. Its a decptive practice, but true of all the Hyundai dealerships. otherwise the reps were polite and accommodating. It was a positive experience overall. The most enjoyae part of the experience was finishing our contract with the finance guy. Kudos to him. More

Best out of all of the dealerships we went to We purchased our 2019 Elantra yesterday. We spent 2 days and went to nurmerous dealerships looking for a car. Great service guy - terrible loaner I have been going to brandon Hyundai since 2000. 4 vehicles purchased and the 2019 SantaFe that was given to me as a loaner was DISGUSTING. The seats I have been going to brandon Hyundai since 2000. 4 vehicles purchased and the 2019 SantaFe that was given to me as a loaner was DISGUSTING. The seats were stained and the smell was terrible. I would be embarrassed to lend that vehicle to anyone. I also asked who can I complain to and I was advised to write it here. More
