Great service, interaction with staff...Looooooooong wait I got a pinch flat tire the other day, and I took advantage of the warranty plan and Roadside Assistance (RA) with my new 2020 Veloster Turbo. RA took about 20 minutes to get to me and another 14 minutes to change the simple flat... Superfast! Happy with that... while I was waiting for RA to come I made the appointment at the service dealer for 1:30pm... one hour from the current time... Perfect! I told them there was a simple flat with no rim damage. (HYCS40371) My invoice has a timestamp of 04:09pm on the bottom... I would have left, gone shopping, or had someone get me for a few hours. I did not find out until around 3pm that the tire was not in stock and one was coming. Which is fine but it would nice to know... other than waiting around, Kegan and Harold were very professional. If there would have been less time in the waiting room I would have given 5 stars.. thanks for the snacks and comfortable area. More
