Very unhappy that I was told there was a recall. When dropping the car off, I mentioned a noise. I was told it was most likely a warranty issue, but it ended up being something else. Made a deal to purchase a used Jeep. I was told vehicle and paperwork was all ready for me and no need to place deposit to hold since I did financing app. Dealership was 70 mile from my home. As I was driving up I received a text message, not even a phone call, that they sold the Jeep to someone else 40 minutes after speaking with Kaylin that all paperwork and Jeep were waiting for me and no worries to drive safe. Sean then called me and said that’s just the way it is even though they ran my credit had financing in line and all paperwork ready as I was told by sales manager Kaylin. When I called to speak with general manager Josh kawcak he could care less. Barely said 2 words. They will lie and sell to highest bidder even if a deal and contract is in place. More
