Revised review since the manager made sure to apologise profusely and correct the situation and gave me store credit for the amount I paid. I had to call multiple times and they didn’t get to start on my car until 4.30pm. I was told it was done at 5.30 and you were closing at 6 so I had to pick up the next day. Also I had an oil change and my car was not washed. They asked me if I wanted it washed but it was too late. If it stayed overnight you should have washed it earlier. I was pressed for time. Very disappointed. Also guy putting the notes did not write that my rpm is going up as one of the issues so I hope the diagnostic is still right. More

Mario and Manny both did a great job for me I've been working with Mario for years. He is always honest with me and tries to get me taken care of as quick as possible. It took a little longer than expected this time, but I think it is because he had to get his Shop Foreman (Manny) involved in doing a road test with me to diagnose a noise I was hearing in my wheel. I was also impressed with the teamwork shown by (Harold I think) who wrote me up because I arrived early and Mario was not there at first. More
