Came in at 7:30AM left at 10:40. I got a regular oil change and a patch on 1 tire. The wait was ridiculous. They provided me with a number I case I had questions but fail to reply wh I got a regular oil change and a patch on 1 tire. The wait was ridiculous. It was terrible. I booked the appointment early hoping I could enjoy my morning. More

This service was an absolute disaster. It took four hours to replace a lightbulb. Even though when I checked in, I told them that there is a sealant issue in the last time I was there they It took four hours to replace a lightbulb. Even though when I checked in, I told them that there is a sealant issue in the last time I was there they said it’s gonna be a warranty problem and they will have to fix the sealant. There was zero communication during it. I had an appointment and they didn’t work on my car for almost 2 hours then they gave me my car back and didn’t give me my keys. My son missed a doctor appointment and a private lesson for baseball. I was charged over $110 in late cancellation fee fees due to this disastrous service. I’m still livid about it. More
