Maybe I am naive but when a person has an appointment for an oil change, it should not be 3 hours. Plus, when you make the appointment online, the customer needs to specify what the appointment is for. So wh an oil change, it should not be 3 hours. So when I got there, no one had me check in but a representative proceeds to call my husband who isn't at the dealership and asks "why do we have your car here?" Thankfully we no longer have anymore courtesy oil changes. We will be using another service that values their customers and their customers time. More
