Awful took one hour to check in and one and a half to get my oil changed and tires rotated. my oil changed and tires rotated. More
When made an appointment i waited for 2 hrs and they didn't have the piece and didn't say anything to me instead I had to go and ask for my car since i was going to be late for work. I believe that when an appointment is made is because they are going to go through it on time if not don't make the customer wait more than an hour to go through with the appointment. If appointments are not going to be at the time requested simply don't provide services with appointments. Also a second appointment was made for the same piece and they told me the piece was going to be there the 8th of october and when appointment came they told my husband after 2 hours again that they didn't have the piece they said that it was coming on the 13th when they already had told me that is was on the 8th again don't make the customer wait for 2 hours when you already know what the problem was and you didn't have the piece and didn't even had the courtesy to call and cancel and rescheduled the appointment before going to it. Another appointment was made after that for the following saturday and when my husband went the same person that schedule and provided the service previously said that we didn't have any appointment. Anyway they provided the service and finally after almost a month going back and forth they provided the service that we needed and to include that the customer doesn't have to feel disappointed of a service that they pay for. Horrible customer service and service provided. The staff at the back where services are provided are not polite and don't acknowledge you when you go near the counter when i ask for my car the first time i had to go in the office and approach someone directly because they were acting as nobody was standing right there. Not a pleasant experience with you guys. More
They said they’d call to confirm my appointment and didn’t - AGAIN! (I told her I was confident the service department would not call me when she said they would and they didn’t. The next day after service, my wife told me when she got home from work the it says time pressure low. I checked and all 4 tires were inflated to between 26-28psi on my gage which is probably pretty accurate since the car’s TPMS sent the warning. Door panel says 36. More
Went to have my SUV get an oil change and tire rotation and waited two hours which is unacceptable. Also the car did not have the fluids topped off and the tire pressure was not checked. Sales Department promised something, even put it on the “we owe you” sheet. They gave me the run around the three times I talked to them, and when I came in for install - which was not completed. Additionally, when I asked for information on the additional warranties they made me buy, no one ever got back to me. I was ok with paying for them, it was cheaper than the extra markup I expected in this market. But I got a big fat nothing. Thanks Benny. Never coming back. More
