Customer Service is wack! Does not comply with scheduled appointments. Very disappointed in having to wait for amount 3 hours for service rendered when an appointment was scheduled to do a repair on my veh appointments. Horrible to say the least. Excessively long wait time. Arrived at 7:40am no one acknowledged or assisted me until 8 or a little after. My appt for an oil change and 2 tires was at 7:40 and I was to p/u on Arrived at 7:40am no one acknowledged or assisted me until 8 or a little after. My battery cables were never fastened back after my abs recall was repaired. My service Caused me to be stranded in Proctorville, OHIO. My AC froze over after all my fluids were suppose to be checked! My recall was repaired. My service Caused me to be stranded in Proctorville, OHIO. It's way too crowded dropping off your vehicle for the number of people checking cars in. It takes all day to get the use of your car back. A shuttle service around Brandon would be helpful for those of u number of people checking cars in. It takes all day to get the use of your car back. I had $1000 worth of work done on my car and my wiper fluid was not topped off. In fact, it was empty when I went to use it. I don't like going here. I feel like a number. More
