Hi, This is Milind B. Borude, I would like to bring to your attention that my last visit to the Brandon Hyundai it was very bad experience. I have Hyundai Tuscan 2016.i had A/C problem. when i took my SUV to the dealershhip thinking that they are expert. But my experience first they dont know what was rong with my SUV i made five times Visit to the dealership every thime they fix something and say the problem is fixed and same problem happning again. same time i was telling them that it maybe because of the thermostate, they ignore, beacause in 2019 or 20 I had a same problem and that time the Hyundai dealership on hillsborough. During my visits to Brandon Hyundai location i fill something is not right after my third visit I had a talk with I thinkhe is genearal Manager of the location and express my filling to him he was normal in the begning, as i was expressing he start geving me arrogantly answers, they come to the conclusion that my AC compressor is not working, licked . they have charged me and get it fixed, after fixing the problem happened again. AC was not working properly. when i went back to them this time they fixed my thermostat and science then iI have no problem why they did not diagnosis properly, why they charg me for the repaire which not needed for my car, why they need to respond me arrogantly. I wait for 10-15 days to check if its working or not. after I called the dealership to have an appointment with GM, I also left voicemail to his desk, till today no body call Sorry to wright long, I hope you will understand, My cell 786-403-0204
