When I made an appointment for a recall and a oil change on my wife’s car I was told it would take 1 hour when I arrived at the dealership they informed me that it would be 3-4 hours. After I arrived home m on my wife’s car I was told it would take 1 hour when I arrived at the dealership they informed me that it would be 3-4 hours. After I arrived home my wife’s car was dripping oil all over my driveway they were very sloppy pouring in the oil and the filter was not tightened down all the way. So now there are oil spots all over my driveway More

Mark was most accommodating and sensed how important it was to me to have the recall addressed immediately. It was a computer program upgrade issue, & I was scheduled for the next morning.
