Not true... parts finally came in Friday and no one has contacted us to schedule an appointment as they said they would. I have messaged Angel and Dilbert and nothing yet as to a day/time. You clearly have no communication with your service department before replying with this generic response. I was assured I would be contacted to get this resolved but all I've received is an auttomated message that the parts are in. Erik Velcoff
