Brandon Hyundai kept my car on a recall issue. There is a severe lack of communication between sales and finance which the dealership will not correct. Blame is constantly shifted between the departments or nobody knows what is going on when asked a que finance which the dealership will not correct. Blame is constantly shifted between the departments or nobody knows what is going on when asked a question about a trade in or vehicle payoff. The sales and finance people never return calls and have had to go to the dealership to try to have problems resolved. I highly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership, unless you have a high tolerance for being ignored or incompetence. More
