The amount of aggravation I experienced at this dealership is extreme. I was constantly having to follow up or do other people's job, which is uncalled for. Also somehow my paperwork got ruined in transit which made me get another draft from my credit union. The only compensation I received was window tint and weather proof floor mats, which seems very small given everything I had to go through. What will your dealership do for me to compensate for its incompetence?
