Horrible experience on multiple occasions. All of the staff, especially the higher up managers, have very poor customer service skills and are quite rude. They are very sneaky and slimy there and are alw staff, especially the higher up managers, have very poor customer service skills and are quite rude. They are very sneaky and slimy there and are always trying to pull a quick one over on you. They have charged me for services they never completed even though they stated they were done. We first met with Benny and discussed our desire with a new car. There wasn’t one in stock at that time, nor in the 500 mile radius; however, a week later I received a call from Benny stating they had jus new car. There wasn’t one in stock at that time, nor in the 500 mile radius; however, a week later I received a call from Benny stating they had just received one. We made an appointment, discussed the terms and were able to complete the deal. Great follow up by the dealership. More
