This was the worst maintenance experience we have ever had at a dealership. The communication between the dealership and myself was basically non-existent. It took me over 30 hrs to get an update on my ve had at a dealership. The communication between the dealership and myself was basically non-existent. It took me over 30 hrs to get an update on my vehicles status despite having been assured a call back several times. It took me getting angry and aggressively speaking with a manager to even get a response from my service adviser. On top of that, the car was in the shop for over 5 days with a warranty repair and no loaner vehicle was available. When the car was ready my Fiance and I went to the dealership to get the car. When we entered the service center the employee we spoke with was dismissive and rude. Then when we got into the car it was very dirty and had food wrappers we definitely did not leave in the car. Overall we understood the delay in the maintenance time and even the issue with getting us a loaner vehicle but, the service, communication, cleanliness of the car and employee attitude was deplorable. I reached out to receptionist the very next day regarding my dissatisfaction with work carried out and no response! They charged me a big bill of 600$ and I don't see any changes to my car. If Harold DeLaCruz hadn’t been there this review would be a whole lot different. I have seen 2 different advisors before my last attempt to get a decent resolution and instead of being brushed off he actua a whole lot different. Went inside and informed them I had an appointment which is when they told me a 30-minute job was going to take over 2 hours due to "construction". I understand construction slows things down but four times the amount of time? Then when moving my car they loaded it up with four people like a taxi cab to take it to the service Bay. I was not pleased. Two and a half hours later my car was complete. $270 for a drain & fill. Poor.... Poor customer service, high prices. More
