I received no check in's no updates I got there at 9am for a 9:20am appointment told it would take an hour, didn't ask if I was staying or needed a ride anywhere. Notification at 11:01a that vehicle was for a 9:20am appointment told it would take an hour, didn't ask if I was staying or needed a ride anywhere. Notification at 11:01a that vehicle was done no one addressed me at all by that time I waited until 11:25am and walked inside for service the guy who introduced himself in the beginning when I 1st got there was inside the service center saw me walk in yet didn't address me as his client the one that he was kind of in charge of. I was spproached by Abel who cashed me out, walked me to my car, and opened the door very much so aappreciatd. The whole service was horrible to be honest I may start looking for another place to get my vehicle service Abel did change the whole experience just in that short time he assisted me. He needs a raise! He is customer service. More
