I am a Hyundai loyalty owner and this is my 6th or 7th Hyundai car purchase and by far, worst service experience. I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and electronics update. There was never any service reminder email or phone call prior to my visit. When I arrived, there were probably already 10 cars waiting in line for service, which was a clear indication to me that they probably overbooked appointments at 8:00am. When I asked if car was finished, they said it was, but yet it took another 30 minutes to get it to me. I purchased my car at Brandon so I figured I'd get my service done there too, but after that experience, I'll be going elsewhere for regular vehicle service. More
Jacob was one of the most professional customer service reps I have ever met. I have met many in my 59yrs and 15 vehicles. He was customer friendly and very knowledgeable.
