I just want to take a moment to say how pleased I was with my service advisor during my last visit at Hyundai of brandon. I came in for my first service and Mark Weber, my service advisor, informed me ri with my service advisor during my last visit at Hyundai of brandon. I came in for my first service and Mark Weber, my service advisor, informed me right away that my car had two recalls in addition to the service. He informed me of the time frame and it was exactly as he predicated. I was not sure why Hyundai didn't text me about the recalls, strange. Mark, accommodated us because we had brought our dog with us not knowing it would turn into a 3 hour service. He went out of his way to keep us informed of the progress and allowed us to sit and wait. I was very impressed with Hyundai's service department and with Mark. Thank you for the accommodations offered and the great service. I do hope that you do recognize Mark for his great service and attitude. Does not have the customers best wishes and interest at heart. Always had to contact them to find out where my car was at the process. Acted like I was being inconvenient to them to make the inquiry. Came in with an appointment of 8 am asked if I would have car back by 11 since I had another appointment at 11:30. Sure no problem. At 10:55 I asked the progress. Was told vehicle was off property and was car back by 11 since I had another appointment at 11:30. Sure no problem. At 10:55 I asked the progress. Was told vehicle was off property and was not finished. Asked if I could get a loaner to run my son to work and come right back. No. How much longer? 15 more minutes. 11:15 still no vehicle did not get vehicle back until 11:55. My son was late to work and was written up. I have yet in the 2 years I since I purchased the car has it taken less than 3 hours for the car to be returned. More
