I had an awful experience at this dealership.I came in because I had a tail light out and dim headlights. From the very beginning when I walked in it took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged because I had a tail light out and dim headlights. From the very beginning when I walked in it took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I was explaining the reason for my visit the “advisor” kept interrupting me and was very dismissive. I get a text quote a few hours later for almost $3k saying I need my headlights and tail lights re assembled. I immediately called and asked if they’d switched the bulbs out instead and was told no, they just ran some test that indicated I needed all new assembly. I declined and came to pickup my vehicle. I took it to my local mechanic and sure enough, my lights were on w new bulbs. Unbelievable! I will never return to this establishment. So unpleasant and unethical! More

Yeah I was there for 9 hours for an oil change and for a fuel induction service Plus also had a recall part which you didn't tell me what the part was. You guys only see your customers as piggy banks I paid fuel induction service Plus also had a recall part which you didn't tell me what the part was. You guys only see your customers as piggy banks I paid exactly $340.28 heck my advisor kept on forgetting about me so yeah you guys are a big rip off More
