David gave me prompt attention when I drove in. He was very attentive and courteous. I was given a link to a short video of the car being serviced, something new I have never experienced! Went in for our 1st free oil change and was seen by Joe. He was upfront and advised about the backlog and also of a recall which was taken care of on the same visit. Only one recall due to lengthy wait for engine check, told 2 weeks to have car which is unacceptable when told a loaner not available, how to get to work?
