2 hours for an oil change is a bit ridiculous. Also had a mini panic attack because they lost my keys but eventually found them somewhere in the back. And I believe I was charged for something I didn’t ask for nor was it discussed with me and I noticed when I looked at my receipt at home I was curious as to why I paid more than I usually do but I was in a rush after being there for 2 hours.
