I had my car in for a regular service and had some issues pop up afterward. I was switched to Jeff Bokhoven as my service advisor and he made me feel heard and made sure everything was taken care of at no ex pop up afterward. Just got 4 new tires 1 month ago. Took my car in with low tire pressure and was told nothing was wrong and it was given back to me. Next day my tire was completely flat and I had to find the hole myself, and bring it back, turns out I needed a whole new tire. Also had to pay the installation fee for the tire even though they are under warranty. More
