I came in on 10/25/24 I needed an oil change. Now my car is riding bad. There was nothing said about my engine light being on. I'm not happy. I pay a lot of money for this vehicle every month. Disappointed with service response to my concerns. Initially told two hours because there were only 2 qualified EV technicians. At 3.5 hour point ( with no sorry for the delay update) , found out the Initially told two hours because there were only 2 qualified EV technicians. At 3.5 hour point ( with no sorry for the delay update) , found out the car had not yet even been looked at! Then when they did, they did not know what to do about the two problems. Put me into loaner car, said it may take up to three to four days to talk with engineers in Jorea. More
