I love my new 2023 blue Hyundai Tucson ! Terrible communication! I understand the construction is interfering with their ability to update the online tracking, but it took us calling after the service center closed I understand the construction is interfering with their ability to update the online tracking, but it took us calling after the service center closed and a courteous receptionist to find our vehicle was ready for pickup. No messages were returned during the work day. To top it off, when we picked up my car the advisor had left a code reader attached which caused lots beeping, had to turn around and go back. I assume the recall work was completed as reported, but the communication with us was not acceptable. More

My 2018 Kona's safety system was haywire, initially couldn't clear the codes. They gave me a loaner car until they could figure out the mystery.
