On July 4th I had a appointment to have my car service. My engine check light was on with code P0455 (Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system). With that problem my vehicle was lacking power and burning My engine check light was on with code P0455 (Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system). With that problem my vehicle was lacking power and burning more fuel. When I bought my vehicle to Brandon Hyundai. I ask my advisor (Joe Didio) if the part was in stock. If so will my vehicle be repaired the same day. Joe stated that the service will be complete the same day. After my vehicle was "fixed" I drove home. On my way home the vehicle started to have the same issues as before. Halfway home. The engine check light came back on. I stop by a Advance Auto Parts to check the engine light. The same code P0455 pop up. I will not be returning to this location. Best Regards. More
I gave all 5 star rating because of the csi system. I have worked in this industry for 30 years. However, I am very aware of a burnout factor or it may be generational but I felt like I was a inconveni I have worked in this industry for 30 years. I understand that feeling but never Never project it to the customer. Service light not reset after a specific ask. No comments from tech about what was done or not done with recall....what started out as a very impressive sales department in a building that was being remodeled at the time resulted in a very unspectacular service visit. Mario needs to do better or find a job you enjoy. I will be back however we will keep improving I'm sure More
