Came in for recall service, rep didn’t ask if I needed any other service. Didn’t offer to clean my car after leaving oil smell from mechanic. This was my first time driving to this dealership and it looked like it was under construction. My appointment was at 2pm for an oil change, due to my dealership in Tampa having a booked reservations till a looked like it was under construction. Mario totally misunderstood my precise statement not to change my 2 filters during the most recent visit. I no longer want Mario to be my service advisor. As well, the Service Manager, kindly instructed change my 2 filters during the most recent visit. I no longer want Mario to be my service advisor. The service done on my car was excellent and fast. However the only negative thing I have to say is about the construction at the dealership made the whole experience less than ideal. They are working with what they have but it is not very convenient for the customer or the employees. It is hard to navigate the parking lot with no clear markings for the service center, and latter in the day their was a line of cars waiting to be checked in and it blocked workers from getting my car back to me and also caused issues with traffic flow moving through the lot. Right now I would not return until the construction is done. More
